2. What data we process

When you use the contact form on our website, you voluntarily provide us with the following data:

• name and surname;
• e-mail address;
• phone number (optional);
• the content of your message.

With your consent, we also process website usage statistics (see the "Cookies" section).

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data submitted via the contact form in order to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Usage statistics are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

4. Recipients of data

The contact form is delivered using the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message to our e-mail. With your consent, we use Google Analytics for usage statistics (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.). We do not share your data with other third parties except where required by law.

5. Retention period

We retain data received via the contact form for as long as necessary to process your enquiry and support potential cooperation, but no longer than 2 years after the last communication, unless the law requires otherwise. Retention periods for analytics cookies are listed in the Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• request access to your personal data;
• request rectification or erasure of your data;
• request restriction of processing or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal);
• lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
